Jamie Upton is the Operations Manager at Ben Hall Law, where she oversees daily operations, team coordination, and process optimization to ensure the firm delivers exceptional client service. Drawing on almost a decade of experience in logistics, leadership, and project management, Jamie brings a strong focus on efficiency, training, and organizational development to a fast-paced legal environment.
Prior to joining Ben Hall Law, Jamie managed large-scale warehouses and logistics operations. She led multi-site teams, spearheaded start-up projects across the U.S., and implemented lean and continuous improvement initiatives. She is known for her proactive leadership, operational expertise, and ability to streamline workflows while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Jamie is passionate about creating systems that support excellence, adaptability, and growth within complex organizations.
Outside of work Jamie enjoys gardening, quilting, and spending time with her family.
Benjamin J. Hall has proudly served both his community and country. He spent 5 years in the Marine Corps, including a tour in Iraq, and later worked nearly 10 years in law enforcement while attending law school. Ben has also been featured in local and national media, sharing insights on Michigan’s child protective services and offering a veteran’s perspective on 9/11.
