John Hudak

Attorney

John joined Ben Hall Law in 2024, bringing with him hands-on experience from his time as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, Florida. As an assistant public defender, he was responsible for defending felony and misdemeanor cases from start to finish, gaining valuable trial and courtroom experience that shaped his client-focused approach.

Originally from Connecticut, John earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in 2014 before moving to Florida to pursue a career in law. While attending law school, John worked with criminal defense attorney Michael D. Weinstein. His role included drafting motions across a broad spectrum of criminal cases, from minor offenses to serious felony charges, further fueling his commitment to justice and advocacy. John received his juris doctorate cum laude from the University of Miami in 2022.
