Matthew L. Tuck

Matthew L. Tuck is a seasoned litigation attorney and business-minded legal executive with decades of experience spanning criminal law, complex litigation, appellate advocacy, and law firm leadership. As founder and managing attorney of a multi-state virtual law firm, he has focused his practice on matters in civil, criminal, and constitutional law, representing clients in both state and federal courts from pretrial through trial and appeal.

Mr. Tuck brings a unique combination of legal, financial, and operational expertise, holding both a Juris Doctor and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed high-stakes personal injury, criminal and business litigation, negotiated settlements, and advised clients across a wide range of industries and practice areas. His background includes leadership roles in criminal law, eDiscovery, corporate governance, and complex project management, as well as experience building and scaling legal operations and technology systems, with over one hundred appellate arguments and over 25 first-chair jury trials.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Tuck has served as a consultant and fractional executive for law firms nationwide, helping improve performance in areas such as strategy, finance, and operations. He is also recognized for mentoring attorneys and implementing innovative, cost-effective legal technology solutions.
