
Jayden Rhyne
Operations Manager
Jayden joined Ben Hall Law in 2024, bringing a strong academic foundation in criminal justice, a passion for the legal field, and a genuine commitment to helping others. A native of Owosso, Michigan, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University in 2023, where she developed a deeper understanding of the criminal justice system and the important role strong advocacy plays in protecting clients’ rights.
As a member of the Ben Hall Law legal team, Jayden works closely with attorneys and clients throughout the life of a case. She assists with preparing and organizing case materials, managing important details and deadlines, and providing the behind-the-scenes support necessary to keep cases moving forward. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced legal environment make her a valuable part of the firm’s commitment to providing responsive, high-quality representation.
Outside of the office, Jayden enjoys staying active through fitness and exploring new places throughout the Midwest on road trips.

Morgan Covert
Case Manager
Morgan is a Case Manager with Ben Hall Law, ensuring office organization and team-based communication with potential and current clients. A recent graduate of Michigan State University, Morgan earned a degree in Political Science Pre-Law and Human Resources. To further her education, she pursues her Paralegal Certificate at Lansing Community College, combining a strong academic foundation with hands-on legal experience.
Working with the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office, Morgan gained valuable insight into the legal system and developed a deeper commitment to advocating for equity and justice. In her current role, Morgan serves as a welcoming first point of contact while supporting the daily operations of the office with professionalism and care.
Passionate about helping people get the justice they deserve, Morgan approaches each interaction with empathy and determination. Looking ahead, Morgan plans to pursue law school and become an attorney to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives through her legal career in employment law.

Sean Kadletz
Sales and Intake Manager
Sean Kadletz serves as the Sales and Intake Manager at Ben Hall Law, bringing more than 20 years of B2B and B2C sales experience to the firm. He oversees the firm’s daily intake operations, consultations, and client retention efforts, helping ensure that each person’s first experience with the firm is professional, welcoming, and personal. Sean understands that every person who contacts the firm has a unique story and set of circumstances. He approaches each conversation with an open mind and a commitment to listening, understanding, and helping people feel comfortable as they navigate what can often be an unfamiliar or challenging process.
Outside of the office, Sean is actively involved in his community through youth sports and mentoring. He values the opportunity to encourage young people, build meaningful relationships, and make a positive impact beyond his professional role. Sean resides in Shiawassee County with his wife, their two boys, and two beloved fur babies. Whether at work, in the community, or with his family, Sean values genuine connections and treating people with respect.

David Castillo
Junior Sales Intake Specialist
David Castillo is a Junior Sales Intake Specialist at Ben Hall Law, where he helps prospective clients take the first step toward getting the legal representation they need. Since joining the firm in June 2026, David has worked directly with individuals seeking assistance with criminal defense, personal injury, traffic, and driver’s license matters, guiding them through the initial intake process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
With more than 15 years of experience in sales, customer service, and client relations, including experience working with U.S. law firms, David brings a strong background in communication and relationship building to the Ben Hall Law team. He is passionate about listening to clients, understanding their situations, and helping connect them with the right legal support during what can often be a stressful and uncertain time.

Lily Ondovcsik
Client Success Coordinator
Lily Ondovcsik is a Client Success Coordinator at Ben Hall Law, where she plays a vital role in welcoming new clients, managing client intake, and ensuring clear, compassionate communication both over the phone and in person. She also assists the team with various administrative and support tasks, helping the office run smoothly and efficiently.
With a strong background in customer service, Lily brings exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational talent to her role. She is currently in her first year in the legal field and is studying Criminal Justice at Mott Community College, where she is building the academic foundation to complement her hands-on experience.
Lily is passionate about making clients feel heard, understood, and supported during what can often be challenging times. Her approachable demeanor and dedication to client care make her a trusted and valued part of the Ben Hall Law team.

Richie Coronado
Global Legal Assistant
Richie Coronado is a Global Legal Assistant at Ben Hall Law, where he supports attorneys and legal teams through document review, drafting, and administrative support. He brings a strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail while working in fast-paced and diverse legal environments.
Richie is also an attorney in the Philippines, having passed the 2023 Bar Examinations, and serves as a university professor. His legal background is complemented by 13 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where he worked extensively with American and British clients. This experience strengthened his skills in client communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and working effectively across different cultures and professional environments.
For Richie, being a Global Paralegal goes beyond providing legal support. It means combining legal knowledge with global experience while remaining adaptable, culturally aware, resourceful, and committed to excellence. He takes pride in contributing his diverse professional background to a global legal environment and in providing dependable support wherever the work may lead.
