Ben Hall is a criminal defense attorney in Michigan with a strong background in military service, law enforcement, and prosecution. He served five years in the United States Marine Corps, including a combat tour in Iraq. After his military service, he worked as a police officer while earning his law degree and gaining experience through government and court internships.
After graduating from Michigan State University College of Law, he joined the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office, where he handled a wide range of criminal cases. Today, at Ben Hall Law, he uses this experience to defend clients and find weaknesses in the prosecution’s case.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Park University in 2007 and later completed his master’s degree from Central Michigan University in 2015. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2019.
He is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Michigan, as well as the eastern and western federal district courts. His education and legal training help him handle a wide range of criminal cases with confidence and skill.
